DIEGO TLAPA is a Doctor of Science from the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC), Mexico. He is a member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico and a professor of industrial engineering in the School of Engineering, Architecture, and Design at UABC. His research focuses on process improvement interventions in healthcare and manufacturing, supply chain management, Healthcare 4.0, Quality 4.0, and Industry 4.0 applications. He is the author/co-author of more than 70 journal papers, book chapters, and conference papers.
